At Grapevinebid, all purchases are final. We operate as a real-time auction marketplace, where only the highest bidder wins. As such, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of auction transactions, all items sold on Grapevinebid are sold “as-is.” The winning bid is considered a legally binding agreement between the buyer and the seller.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Misunderstood listings
  • Shipping delays
  • Item condition disputes post-sale

Buyers are responsible for reading item titles, descriptions, and all additional details.

3. Avoiding Disputes

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • Read the full listing (title, description, specs)
  • Review all provided images and videos carefully
  • Use the “Ask a Question” button on any auction page to directly contact the seller before bidding
  • Request more images or clarification if needed

Sellers are encouraged to describe their items honestly and upload clear images or videos. Grapevinebid is not liable for disputes arising from inaccurate or incomplete listings.

4. Dispute Responsibility

Any issues must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. Grapevinebid offers communication tools but does not mediate disputes nor reverse auction results.

5. Payment & Shipping

Buyers must complete payment within the specified time frame. Sellers are responsible for shipping items as described. Buyers should verify estimated delivery time before bidding.

6. Fraud Prevention

If fraudulent activity is suspected, please report it immediately to contact@grapevinebid.live. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and investigate abuse or scams.
