These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Grapevinebid platform. By creating an account, bidding on auctions, or listing items for sale, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

To use Grapevinebid, users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update your account as needed.

3. Bidding & Auctions

  • All bids placed on Grapevinebid are binding.
  • The highest bidder at auction close is the winner and is obligated to complete the purchase.
  • Bidding on items constitutes a legal agreement to purchase if won.
  • Sellers must describe products honestly and provide accurate photos/videos.

4. Fees

Grapevinebid charges a 5% success fee to the buyer on the winning auction price and a 5% seller fee on completed sales. These fees are automatically applied at transaction time.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Misrepresent listings
  • Manipulate bidding
  • Use automated bidding bots
  • Harass other users
  • Violate any applicable laws

Accounts engaged in suspicious or unethical activity may be suspended or terminated without notice.

6. Communication

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate via the “Ask a Question” feature on each auction. Any pre-sale concerns should be clarified before bidding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grapevinebid provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for any damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the platform. All disputes must be resolved directly between buyer and seller.

8. Modifications

Grapevinebid reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
